How tall are you??? Its almost eerie how we have the same surgery date, and how close our stats are. Your highest weight and mine were one pound off, your surgery weight and mine were one pound off, and our current weights are one pound off.

Hey there. It is awesome. I can't believe it. I feel so much better, am getting loads of compliments. I only wish that I would have done it sooner!!! I only have 42 more pounds to reach my original goal, but I am thinking of changing it to ten pounds lower. Keep up the good work!

Congrats on the weight loss so far!! Keep up the good work. I have been at a stand still for the past 3 weeks to a month it seems like. But I'm still doing ok and hopefully I will start back losing in a couple of weeks!! Keep up the good work!!

I am 5'6". I am glad that you are doing well. I have lost 22.5 pounds since my surgery. I am doing the Unjury Chocolate Protein shakes, at least two a day. I'm getting really tired of chocolate. I never thought I would say that, EVER! Some eggs, chicken, fish. I know that I don't get enough in every day, but I try. I struggle with the 6-8 cups of water too. I can't stand anything sweetened, wierd. Just water and decaf iced tea.

Hey. My weight loss has slowed down some also. I have stayed the same a couple of times, and lost 1/2 pound a lot. Today I was down 1 pound. I have lost a total of 19 pounds since my surgery, which I guess isn't bad considering it was only three weeks ago. I just wish it would come off faster! I haven't found anything that does not agree me with yet, but I have not tried that much either. Take care, and keep me posted!!

My weight loss has slowed down also. I lost the first 15 really fast. But, the scale has remained the same for almost a week. So, I'm getting a little discouraged. I think you're right when you said that our bodies are probably thinking we're starving and trying to hold on to the pounds as a survival mechanism. I'm sure that we'll both start losing again once our bodies figure out that they are NOT being starved. I was going to start swimming yesterday, but I've been really sick the past week. I finally went to the Dr. today and found out that I have a double sinus infection and pneumonia in my right lung. So, I guess swimming might need to be put on hold for a couple more days. I can't wait for the antibiotics to kick in so that I can start feeling better. Oh, but I digress...I'm so glad to hear you're doing well. Keep me posted, and yes, let's get on each other about swimming. If we have to be accountable to each other it's a real motivation!!! :-)
