Let me know what you try.lol I have been eating a few tortilla chips with hotsause lately. I love them!! If you decide that you want to go to a gym my Partner and I go to 24 at 620 .we would love to have a work out friend.

Beth, My surgeon is Nilesh Patel and he operates in San Antonio. I have had complications and had my Lap Band removed 5 years ago. It was a horrible infection that I almost died. Dr Patel, is a surgeon that handles complex cases or should I say "not just your everyday RNY". I am getting really anxious and need to talk to someone that has been there. How was your day before surgery and the day of surgery . I am anxious and excited, nervous and happy.

Protein drinks make me SICK! Post op they made me want to die. I have been getting quite a bit of protein in, but not as much as I'd like. Obviously it'll get better as my tum heals, but it's frustrating. I am losing a lot of weight, which is pretty exciting! I hope everything goes well with the surgeon. Have you tried cottage cheese?
