how are you doing. as for me i have stalled a bit . i am down 80llbs and i think i am enjoying being my new size so i have eased up on the exercise. but i am ready once again to push my self for round three. the first round was the surgery. then round two was me starting to exercise real hard in feb.. worked hard going to the gym and really pushing myself to get ready for a cruise that was in march. and since then i have releaxed for about a month and a half. so now i am ready to go for round three. so wish me luck.

well i am doing better. finally got off my behind and started working out everyday. been doing this for like a week and well the scale hasnt changed so that frustrates me. but i keep pushing because i know that with what i am doing there is going to be changes soon. so how are you doing with eating. do you get hungry./ i tend to get hungry every 4 hours. i need to munch on things. like cheese or something. i can more less tolerate everything. so i have to always watch what i eat and make sure that it is not too much

well its been 3 monts out i have lost 45lbs. the holidays have gotten to me . wasnt able to eat . did eat a little too much the day after paid for it though. i have been dealning with getting alot of gas when i eat. i hate it alot. every time i eat i have gas. went to er they told me that my old stomach has gas in it go figure . but how are you doing. take your time- it will happen i get discourage to that i only have lost 45lbs in 3 months thought it would have been 60 but oh well. getting ready for christmas are u ready for that.
