I had my Gastric Bypass on March 18th.2007.
And doing fine so far. I do up chuck once in a while on curtain foods. If I do, I keep away from them. LOL

Hey! Do you ahve a surgery date yet? Waiting for insurance approval is the worse part!! Mine came pretty quickly, but getting all the things together I needed of approval seemed to take forever!

I'm really excited about my 25 lbs., though I have had moments of doubt since the surgery...but only a few...and they passed super fast!

You'll do great! I am back to work, this is my third week back! I've had a slow start back...my first week back I went in late a couple days, or left early..I teach children with Autism, so they really take it out of me! But each day got easier, and now I'm pretty good for the whole day...just get tired!!!

I had my surgery on 12/29/08..it will be 4 weeks tomorrow! I'm down 25 lbs. already! Very exciting! I've been pretty lucky...I haven't had too much trouble with food..and I've been feeling pretty good overall! Are you excited for your surgery?

hey! So hows ur journey so far? Mine's been kinda short. I started research in aug, got orientation oct and approved jan and scheduled for feb 17th. Have you had urs yet, how is everything going? Any advice? thanks.
