First of all, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. It'll be here before you know it.
I'm sorry, but I don't recall what the message last fall was. Sorry, but what ever it was and now you get it, that's good I guess.
Sooo.... are you getting excited? I'm sure you've gotten lots of advice, but here's a few things I wish I would have done. First, take all your measurements BEFORE surgery, ie. neck, chest, under chest, waist, arms, hips, thighs and calves. It will be a good indicator when you stall that you are still losing, maybe not weight, but inches.
Keep a journal for at least the first 6 months with weight, measurements and food intake/calories and types of foods that you are eatting. Sometimes you might feel like your not loosing at all, but to go back and see that you've lost 15, 20, 50 lbs, it will help. Wishing you the best of luck with your surgery.
Hi there, I am just starting my journey. I have 4 months to go before surgery. Counting the months down. Can't wait for a better, thinner and healthier me.
Hi, my user name is my first name, izan, then part of my hubby's, man for manuel, and the spanish word for and which is a -y- and part of my name again zan for izan and just a z thrown in at the end meaning plural like a -s- at the end of a word.
