i was reading your post and saw that you were stalled andcommented on how you had been busy and hadn't been getting all your protein in. Does that cause you to stall and not loose weight as fast? Congrats on your weightloss. I also have heard that we should try to get protein out of food rather than shakes or bars? I wonder if that is true?

I am down 60 lbs in about two months and a week...I am having a little trouble trying to get food to stay down, but it's getting a little easier. Somethings work one day, and then the next they don't want to work the same. I just keep trying. I have not lost any hair yet so that's good, the protein is hard to get it all in, but I'm trying. I'm glad that you are doing so well!! Keep up the good work, and have a wonderful rest of your weekend!

I really hope I feel that way after my surgery...My surgery is next week, and I am getting a little excited, and a little nervous all at once.

I just saw a post you posted (stating about soups and stuff in your liquid phase). I found it really helpful as I am now on my presurgery liquid phase, and was trying to find different things to consume...Thanks, and you are doing great!!! Good luck in the future, I added you to my contacts, I would love to keep in contact to see how you do through this exciting process!!!
