hi missy !!! dont worry at times i find myself overeating and i remeber myself that i cant do that...so i understand you when you still have those cravings.
just try to not reach into temptation., which at times its hard when temptation is right on our tables.
But im glad that you are staying focused and you look great im very proud of you ..keep it up you look beautiful.

hey missy...i am glad you are finally realizing that you dont want to gain back what you already lost...because you really look great and just imagine if you lost more weight how gorgeous you would look with clothes at this time i only dream about wearing on day ..hope soon.
Trust me i sometimes go to the icecream isle at the grocery store and just imagine myself eating a pint of caramel swirl but then i catch myself on the reflection of the freezer and i smile and walk away...because i truly want to be thin and i imagine you do too...so you are not alone we are all here to help you out and overcome this...good luck my friend and may your will power never get weak...you are beautiful the way you look now...ok

Thank you soo much for the well wishes. I am doing better, although it's very hard at times. How is everything with you? I am down 70lbs in 6 months, although I don't exercise much. To be honest, I am just feeling like my energy can tolerate it.
