My surgery was June 23rd. I struggle as well with vitamins and protein too. Mostly due to working so much. Lost (so far) 114 lbs. It fluctuates about 5 lbs every day up and down probably due to water intake. Any time ya wanna chat just send me a message and I would love to talk
