I need to lose about 55 more to be at my goal weight I think. My surgeon seems to think I should lose quite a bit more than I want to so I guess we will see what happens. I do feel alot different but so many issues going on with it Im not sure what's good or bad lol. Ended up in the ER monday night with severe uti causing problems with kidneys cuz my immune system couldn fight it off. Real bad scar pain from the gall bladder removal too... So lol everything is kinda even with good and bad.

hey thanks for all the info. so what r u doing for your hair loss. i dont have much to begin with. very thin hair. oh well i am happy about my weight loss. i didnt do well with the protien shake think either. but i found one at costco. its called premium. protien shake 30grams of protien per drink only in choco tho but it is good. =0)

I'm here if you ever need to talk. Its funny how the military can be all up in your business about something and when you ask for help you don't get it.

have you experienced any hair loss since your surgery? they say a average person requires 53+ grams of protien a day. how much are you getting in? i am getting 53 maybe a little more than that a day. thats if i dont get sick.. we had our surgeries about the same time. how are you doing? can you give me some ideas of what you are eating. i need help. thanks =0) Julie
