I just finished treatment and cleared the virus. I found out yesterday that I qualify for a lapband because Medicaid will pay for it. I submitted all the paperwork including from the dr and I have my psych appt next week. He sends the report over the next day. Sorry I haven't been on but have been very ill. Starting to feel great again and am super excited about finally getting a lapband. How are things with you.

The administrators' rule for moderators explicitly provides moderator's with the responsibility to moderate the excessive use of profanity. The tolerance level was set at excessive to allow for the few who are not able to communicate without an ongoing use of profanity so that there is some allowance for differences in style. The policy as it currently stands does not state every curse word in every instance is an offense.

It is not a matter of others receiving preferential treatment. The guideline was established with the expectation that adults would be able to self moderate and be respectful of one another with regards to the use of profanity, and that infractions would only need to be given to those whose use of profanity is excessive.

So now the debate turns to an all or nothing tolerance for profanity. If you are offended for havng been infracted for excessive use of profanity, it seems it will be considerably harder to have to work within a standard of all or nothing.

So zero tolerance for me then?

Rules are fine. Post them and I can follow. But dont pick and choose who has to abide by said set of rules. I shouldnt be held to the Golden standard when others have free reign.

Hi Ardita, you've got it in one. Just found out myself. Its my allergy to dust - loads has been going on in my house. The doctor recently explained that the swelling that I've got in my nose is a response to my dust allergy. I also need to get rid of the carpet on my top landing and top stairs - because of this. I've managed to replace most of the house with hardwood flooring and laminate. I woke this morning feeling pretty poorly - but now I'm aware of what is causing such frequent colds - i'm on it.

How are you though?
