Aren't you sweet? Thanks! Yes, my sister is doing great! She is even going to the gym now. I tell her that in a year we'll do a triathlon together as a brother-sister team. She just rolls her eyes but she smiles nonetheless. I should have her join this site and get inspired by you great folks. Thanks again for the kind words. :-)

Hi Sweetie.... thank you so much for the nice comments on my pictures. I guess I DO need to do another side pic for my 'progression'. I even still have that top, lol.. Imagine how huge that thing is now, LOL. Hope you have some taken too... for days when you feel like you're not getting anywhere- those pictures can help!
