So I was carrying a 24-pack case of water from the car into the house. I had left it in the back of the car because I never had the strength to lift it on my own. I felt like I could today so I did.
Now, I'm really bad at judging things like weight. I have no idea how much it weighed but it was freakin' heavy! I'd hazard a guess at about 30-40lbs (about the same weight as a case of soda syrup I used to lift daily when I worked in fast food).
