Thank you Angie but I'm wondering if you've got me confused with someone else.

I had surgery just about 6 months ago and have had zero problems. I'm fitter now than I've ever been.

My only regret was that I didn't have the RNY earlier. I'll be 53 tomorrow and I look and feel better than I could imagine.

It isn't an easy road but the more you read this forum, the more you'll be prepared for whatever faces you. Trust me, it's no where near as bad as people imagine. Sure, the first few weeks are strange and we all worry about the changes our body goes through but it doesn't take long to get in the swing of things and your body quickly rewards you for your efforts. Even a few pounds made my hips (arthritis) feel 100% easier.

Hugs to you on your journey sweetheart. Yell me if you need help.
