Hey lady...I've been around. I don't post as much, but i'm here. I stalled out pretty bad at about 1 yr. I just kept doing what I was doing, upped my protein a bit and it seems like I'd average about a 2-3 lb loss every month, right after my cycle. No bikini ever for me! I still have probably 25 lbs of loose skin in other places (arms, boobs, butt and my legs are HORRIBLE) I hope to one day get the rest of it done. I was trying for the boobs and arms in October but hubby is deploying to the desert for 6 months so it will have to wait till he gets back. He's gone right now to Guam for training for a month. But anyways...I'm around, I try to read when I have time. The kids are out for summer and I try to keep them busy. So holler if ya need anything. Hugs and hang in there...just keep doing what you are doing and don't let a stall getcha down. They come and go! Hugs!

OK so whats the deal with me??? I have been stalled for 4 weeks! I have at least 50 more pounds to lose. Did it get hard for you in this stage? What did you do to mix it up and lose more??

Hey Megan...doing good. Pretty much recovered from the tummytuck/hernia repair. Gonna start working on gettin the insurance to cover the arms and the boobs next. If all goes well I'll have that done in October and then all I'll have left is the butt/thighs. Hope you are doing well also....have a great week!

Thanks Megan....it actually isn't so bad now that I have a proper pain med. I didn't take any pain meds after the first 24 hrs with the gastric bypass...had bad dealings with the morphine so this one they tried Demerol and it SUCKED for the pain. The pain is still pretty intense a week later. I'm taking Dilaudid still every 4-6 hrs now. You look fabulous in your avatar...pretty soon it will be your turn with the plastics. It was painful, but worth it! Hugs and have a great rest of the week!

Yeah for you...yeah the protein shakes are never fun. I really only did the CIB (nosugar added ones and added the dried powdered milk for extra protein..it tasted good and worked for me. I was scheduled to have my GB out at the same time as my GBS but it failed a few months before so I had to have it out then. Glad I did, it hurt so bad! Congrats on your surgery and hang in there...Holla if you have any questions!
