great progress keep up the good work.

Well... I did go today, I actually had seen Dr. Barnes last month but did not go to the classes. (didnt miss much) it was nice to see other people who had the surgery in December also. Lost 8 pounds since June 5 - not bad. Next week I will do the 5 day pouch test. I am misbehaving big time. I have been snacking sooo much its not funny. Hopefully, this test will help. Most of all hopefully I can do it!

You look great! I am suppose to go to my 6 month class this Thursday, and I am truly debating whether to go or not. Four hours off work is not that good. Have you gone? Wish you were going Thursday too! then I would go.

Hey Amy i see your avatar and you look great also. I don't have any major complaints either. Just some foods I cannot eat, but then again I havent tried some in while. I have lost like 71, and I wanted to lose more but I am not sure. I really wanted to get to 135, I am currently 147 but for some reason i look thinner. I am a size 4! I really don't think I want to be a 2. I have big legs so i guess that is why i look bigger. I am posting a picture with Dr. Barnes so you can see it. I am glad food and your pouch are good to you. My legs are still FAT but I'm taking it easy. I have to remind myself its only been 2 months. The Y is on North Beach but all the way down after North Tarrant Parkway by Keller. It might be a bit far for you. But once you sign up you can visit them all in the area. I am paying 60 a month for the whole family. The boys go play while I work out - not bad. In the summer they will open the pool and it should be fun. You also keep up the good work. Oh, I tried the Sugar Free Fudgecicles and they are really good! Keep in touch.

Hey how are you doing? You already had your 2 week follow up - how was it? How is food treating you? I actually dont see Dr. Barnes until June - unless something comes up. Well keep me posted on your progress.

I dont know in which area you live - but I live in North FW and joined our new Y and its going good.. I went to JCP today and bought some size 10 pants!!! after being 16 Wow
