I went for my 6 mo checkup yesterday. I was kinda worried about my vitamin levels since the FSA decided to confiscate my vitamins on my way home from Vegas and in the chaotic arrival home with hurricane Ike bearing down on us, I didnt take them for a couple of weeks. I know bad bad bad! I started back as soon as I realized and hoped that it wouldnt hurt me. I have my 6 mo post op appointment tomorrow. I am looking forward to it. I hope my dr isnt dissapointed that I havent lost much weight. I am pretty happy at 160 although 150 would be nice too. I have gotten complacent and havent been on the scale like i was even one week ago- i just dont have the urge to weigh in as much, I dont know if its because i have been stalled for a month or what.
