hi i had gastic band fitted oct 11th 08. started off really well but since being srrounded by chocolate (which is my sin) have put on 4lbs am gutted. What with my nan being seriously ill the stress is just too much and find myself comfort eating. I have not had first fill yet so Im not restricted. Cant wait till fill as know this will sort me out. Tried taking mind off this by reading a book etc doesnt work. really worried as Im trying to get back on track but get out of control urges to eat. Finding...
