I'm doing great! The weight loss has REALLY slowed down for me, but I'm still in the 130's for the first time in a LOOOOONG time, so I'm not complaining at all! How is the weight loss going for you? Anny more luck?

wow, 40 pounds in 4 months is great! you can't compare your progress to anyone else because your body is different. Me personally, I lost a lot of weight really fast, and with little exercise. I do work 6 days a week as a server, so I did walk for 5 hours a day, so I considered that exercise, but after my shift, I was too tired to go to the gym. I think my body responded well to that, so thats why I was able to lose weight without going to the gym that much. I had my surgery a little less than 5 months ago, and I have lost 60 pounds. The last month however, has been extremely slow. I think its the little exercise catching up to me. I did start running, and it is definitely helping!
