I agree, you are a friend indeed. I think both of our energy feeds off of each other. When I seen your pictures I worked even harder the next day doing my exercises. I am hoping to be down to 265 by Christmas. So wish me luck.

Speechless. Your new pictures really shows a new happier person. My change is not as big as yours however I have lost a total of 53lbs since surgery. I still feel like that is not alot but its coming along. I did make it to twoterville on 10/22 finally. I am shooting for onederland next year sometime. Let's keep connected so we can continue to motivate each other.

Thanks for stopping by. My stall ended a week before my 1 month post visit. I am down 33 pounds as of last week. I am feeling really good. I have been busy and havent had the time to get on here. School is tough this time...I have algebra and I struggle with it so I spend alot of my time doing algebra, helping my daughter with her homework, and we have been redoing the house.

I miss yall alot. The support here is wonderful and my friends I do miss. Hope everyone is doing great and all are well. Ttys
