well the green tea pills help me with hunger. i felt hungry all the time but with the help of those pills i manage to lose 40lbs but it took like 4months to do it. well hope that helps you.

well i lost 78lbs in 10months it took me that long to get a date. but i use green tea pills to help me.

Whoa! 78 lbs pre op! How did u do that??? I've lost about 25 but I will not weigh again until I go to the doctor's ofc. I don't want to bec ome a scale whore!

congrats. how much weight have you lost? i am 15 weeks and i have lost 46lbs post op. but i did lose 78lbs before surgery. i would have lost more but i found out i have low thyroids. but i am taking the pills now and i think its working. my weight loss has picked up again.

I am post op. It will be 3 weeks Monday.
