Regarding the pain, I had no pain after 3 days and went back to work, but my procedure was lap VSG, not RNY. Ive really never had pain at all, except when sittting up the first few days. I took pain meds for two days period. After that, nada. Have you read Aviator's Log Book? it gives some important info from my pre-op days until now. Could be helpful for you.

About jello, to you have to wait 30 after a meal to eat this?

Should I still be hurting even when sitting still? Today is my 4th week post op.

Is it too soon for solids, like meat? I am having terrible heartburn and I just want to go back to potatoes and crackers.
