Ms. Kee you are the WOMAN!! Girlfriend you are doing so well!!! I lost 14lbs so far. It's slow however I am seeing the scale move daily and that motivates me. Have you sighned up for a gym? I just walk daily to get some movement. I missed talking to you and no I am no longer sore. Just like you said it does gets better.

Get it girl. I see you are back to your old self. I got to get more active around the house. i'm just trying to take it slow to heal. How are you doing these days?
