Default Recent pictures

I don't have any before pictures on this computer and don't relish the idea of going back and looking at what I looked like before BUT, here are some recent pictures of me taken at Hilton Head when it was really too cold to be in a swimsuit! I figured, I am from Minnesota so a swim suit in SC when it was 70 wasn't so bad! The other one is me in the computer lab where I work.

I had a Tummy tuck, lower body lift, inner thigh lift and arm lift before my wls. My legs still leave a lot to be desired but they are better than they were before.

you look so good as for me I will not be in a bikini anytime soon - as the tummy just doesnt look good....you said you had the tummy tuck before surgery...do you wish you would have waited?

did you do a lot of tummy exercises after surgery? what kind of exercises did you do? was the tt & lifts covered? I have healthnet and reconstructive surgery is covered so i am hoping i can get the extra skin removal covered at a year... but well see if its not covered i will live with the skin i guess.

you look good!

Thank you!

I kind of wish I would have waited to have the tt until after my wls because I probably could have gotten it covered by insurance that way. I had to pay for all of the surgeries myself. But, so far my stomach is coming out pretty good inspite of having gained and lost weight since the TT was done. I REALLY wish I would have waited to have the inner thigh lift until after the wls because I think my results would have been better.

Since my tt I have learned that insurance companies are more likely to pay for tt and other procedures if you have had wls because you are more likely to keep the weight off and it is seen as reconstructive surgery and not cosmetic surgery then.

Thanks! I still have lots of stretch marks so I am not sure other appreciate the fact that I wear a bikini but you know what? I don't care! I can't believe I am even at a weight where I can even consider it.

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.

You look fabulous! If a little cold.

I can't decide if I'm excited or not to get into a swimsuit....or even if I have one that fits.
