the progression continues......
So here is a new update and the progression of my fight. The following photos were taken in the last 10 months. All weights are approx, as I am not exactly sure what I was weighing the day the photo was taken except the first. photo1.-439lbs on 02/09/2005

3. 339lbs-4/19
4. 300lbs-5/8
5. 250lbs-7/21

OMG... WOW. You look great. You look better then great. I mean WOW. There are really no words to explain how great you look, you have been working your tool. 15 pounds away from goal, you might reach that before the year is up. Congrats on your big weight loss on a new and healthier life.
