Well I am almost there. I got on the dreaded scale today and Volia! 191. I am only a few pounds away from MORMAL according to the BMI chart. Let me thank everyone here for all of the terrific comments and encouragement along this hard road. I am not done by any stretch of the imaganation. Now I hope to build muscle mass on to my frame. Again, thanks for your support I really goes a long way!
