New to group and Problem Posting Pic in Profile
Hello Everyone,
I am new to the group. I am just getting started in the process for my surgery, I actually have my consultation appt. tomorrow! :-) I was trying to post a pic in my profile but it keeps telling me that my file is too big. I have cropped it and resaved it but for some reason it is still too large. Any suggestions? What file type is recommended? I've tried .jpg, .png, and .tif. I would appreciate help from anyone who might know.
Thanks so much!
Melody

Help
For some reason, no matter what size my pics are, I can't get them posted. Your system keeps saying they exceed the limit, but they do not according to your requirements. Can you please check the system and get back to us. The avitars are working fine.
