Here are some pictures from start to now nov 11th 2005. the one with me leaning on the boat is just prior to surgury. the one with the black shirt is the latest, the weight loss is now -85 lbs. I feel great. working out at the gym 3 or 4 days a week and haveing a ball. cj (santa)skinner
