I thought I posted this yesterday, but I must not have hit the submit button ro something.

I hit my 3 month mark yesterday (11/05/09), and am down 66 pounds! I had a bit of a slow down in my loss this month, but expected it. My activity and protein intake dropped a bit. Though there is really no good excuse, work got very hectic with several people leaving, and new people to my division, etc. It just got really busy the last 3 weeks or so.

Anyway, 66 pounds in 3 months - I'll take it!

What an amazing difference alreaddy! You must be feeling great! You look great! Expect stalls. You have had such amazing success so far but you're probably going to need to catch up and readjust at some point. It is all part of the process but it restarts again. Good for you for doing so well. Enjoy the new you!

Group meeting with surgeon on 10/26/09, meeting went great!! Sounds promising so far!
Psych eval on 11/5/09-AWESOME eval, when I left she said "You are going to do great with this surgery!" YAY ME!!
Nutritionist on 11/20/09-Wonderful appointment, lots of info!
Appointment with the surgeon December 1, 2009! WOO HOO!
