Default 6 month anniversary
Today, Nov. 1st, is my 6 month surgery anniversary. So far I'm down 103 lbs and weigh in at 214. Thanks again for everyone's support and encouragement.

Holy smokes Bama, time for a new shirt. That thing is getting so baggy on you! You look amazing and if I was down 103 at my 6 month mark someone would have to slap me back into reality. You are such an inspiration. Thanks for posting your new pictures!
