Always the anal retentive engineer, I had to do some quick calcs:
Assume 3500 Cal deficit to lose 1 lb
x 200lbs weight lost = 700,000 total calories
divide that by 11 months = 63,600 cal/month
divide that by 30.5 days per month = 2085 cal per day deficit to lose 200 lbs in 11 months

How on earth did you do that? Obviously some serious dedication, but what else did you do?
