I know I just posted some pictures of me a few days ago, but I had to do something. I am sooooo F'N psyched. Tomorrow is exactly 6 months out, I have a doctors appt. I went for a 2 mile run today.......yes 2 miles w/o stopping. The coolest thing was I was running in the streets of Montreal and nobody gave me a second look! Trust me that is a good thing. 6 months, approx. 180 days I have lost 195lbs. ALMOST a DOUBLE CENTURY CLUB!!! I feel pretty damn good. I had to share it. Thank you for all of your support, this board really has been a Godsend.

The first picture is me at the Hard Rock in Vegas with Nikki Sixx's Harley from the Girls,Girls,Girls Motley Crue Video. I was 440 lbs, in Sept. Of last year. The second is in my kitchen yesterday about 1:00AM, all 244lbs of me. Still a ways to go...but getting there.......
