A cougar is society's word for an older woman who takes to a much younger man.

I consider it one of those sexist/agist things.

And I thought your were a 20-something, too. That might make me a bit cougarish.

But I hope somebody up that way appreciates how hot you look!

Ahem.

Default New picture

Been using Thedailyplate.com. boy is it awesome..tracks everything you eat and drink.

Didn't realize how well I'm doing with the protien thing. Doing about 1200 calories a day, 125 oz water (or crystal light) a day, intaking on average 150 grams protein a day... much from Unjury in crystal light. And eating lean.. I didn't know I wsa eating those few calories or that much protein.

Scale sitting at 233 but some downward movement this week. Friday will be the weekly weigh in.

A new picture O me.

I love TDP except it tells me to lose 2 lbs a week I should eat 2400 cals. Yeah right. If I eat that I'll gain another 50 lbs.

You're hot. So glad you're married.

Keep up the great work and heck ya - post some more pics!

(btw - the lil bit of gray in the beard is a sign of distinction...not age)

Congrats on your fantastic weight loss and yes, a much better "chin" look in the more recent picture. You can't be all bad since you are from Wisconsin and I "assume", a Packer fan( if I am incorrect, please don't spoil my mood)
Way to go on the weight loss- I wish you continued success and happines..
