I'm not really following the rules perfectly, but I am for the most part. I definetly don't touch artificial sugars and that helps a lot!

Jen, you look fabulous! I remember taking pictures throughout my journey and as much as I hated looking at them, I could really see the difference and it made me feel proud of my accomplishments. I remember going to a family reunion over the 4th of July weekend after my surgery and feeling so damn sexy around the pool after losing 50 lbs. I look at those pictures now and laugh after losing an additional 100 lbs. Every step of this journey is an exciting one and one to be proud of. Keep up the good work and keep taking those pictures.

Wow Jen! What a difference! You look great! I can tell a big difference from that day at Applebee's for sure too!
I am glad that you are doing so well!!
I have been slacking off on taking pictures of myself, but my 3-month is on Wed. so I guess I better take some. It is a good reminder, especially when you start to feel down. You look so beautiful in your pics!!
