Okay, peeps, we need some face time!

To those of you who do not have an avatar, please put your face up! We are visual people...we like pictures. Please let us see your beautiful face.

Post an avatar already!

To those of you with an outdated avatar, please update it! If you've gone from pre-op to post-op and have lost 60 lbs., we need to see that pretty new SKINNY face of yours!

If you don't know where to add your avatar:
1. Click "User CP" at the left end of the blue toolbar at the top of this page.
2. A column on the left side will appear titled, "Control Panel."
3. Under "Settings & Options," click "Edit Avatar."
4. There is a section titled, "Custom Avatar." Click the circle that says "Use Custom Avatar."
5. If you know the URL address of your avatar, you can type it in the empty space where it says "Enter Avatar URL."
6. If you don't know the URL address, click the "Browse..." button in the right corner next to "Upload an Avatar From Your Computer."
7. Locate your picture on your computer and click on it. This will automatically place the URL address in the empty space under "Upload an Avatar From Your Computer."
8. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the "Edit Avatar" box and it should upload your picture.
9. If your picture is too large, it will notify you. Then you will have to resize your picture and start again.
10. If you need help resizing your picture, there are several people who can help you (I'm not one of them, unfortunately). Irela (Butterfly) helped me.

Dara, my dear, I have no scanner anymore! it died a horrible death some months ago. This weekend was the first time I have had a picture taken in 3 or 4 years. If I can mail a picture to one of you wonderful folks and have you put it up for me I'll do it in a heartbeat!

I'll be happy to give you my address to mail me your beautiful photo. However, you can also go to any Kinko's and they will scan your photo for a very small price. It might be a lot faster with Kinko's!

I got mine up now! Finally! I didnt know it was "avatar" or whatever, I thought it was the picture thing you were supposed to do. Its up now! Yay!

Yay Holly! Glad to see your face. It took me awhile before I put mine up and I need to change it because I think I look a lot different now.

So cool...the more the merrier. It is so neat to see everyone's face because it is a little more personal and neat to see transformations from early post-op to later post-op. If I put my pre-op pic on my avatar, I think many would have to look away because I looked awful.

....I didn't think so back then.

If Dara doesn't have time, email it to me and I will give it a shot. I am home laying around being lazy girl.
