First, great job man! I just hope I can follow in your footsteps.

Had mine on 7-13-05, everything went perfect. I have a very similar build and proportion as your before photos and am curious...

How much excercise have you added to your routine?

Month by month, about how much have you lost?

When you were on liquid only, did it seem like it was easier than it should be to increase your intake rapidly without repercussions? I'm sipping, sipping, sipping, but a pint goes in in 15 minutes, no problem. That's normal right?

Did you have any issues or problems when you converted to real food?

Keep up the good work.

WOW, That is absolutely wonderful. Looking at the progresive weight lose really helps encourage me. I am just starting my new life. I am going to my 1st educational meeting. I think it will only get better from here.
