Well, I am officially 4 weeks post op today and down 33 pounds. I thought I'd take a couple of pics to compare with my earlier photos. I was happily surprised with how much my body has changed. I still have a long way to go but I thank God every day that I was given this opportunity to change my life for the better.

Although this journey has just begun for me, I am already so pleased, excited and looking forward to the coming months.

OOOps...The pics got attached backwards... the first one is from today and the second pic is from 4 days post op (forgot to do full body preop pics.)

Well, here it is the start of a new year and I am completely ecstatic that I no longer am bound to that same old resolution to lose 100 pounds. I am almost 8 months post op and down 101 pounds, 7 clothes sizes (18/20 to a 6), 65 inches (same as my height) and 18 BMI (from 41 to 23). I've attached some updated pics. I can't wait to experience this new year with my new healthier body and attitude.
