Thank you for the encouraging comments. It really does help to hear nice things from people that are non judgemental. Sorry about the Pics that seem to be in-your-face, I had to crop and re-crop to get them to fit. As for smiling, I really do feel a lot better. In the before pics, I really felt like I was dying. Again I still have a long journey to go----thank you so much for your encouragement. Everyone on this board is an inspiration...........

lookin good to me 140 pounds in 100 days rulz be proud of your self i hope to god i can do that that will put me within 6 lbs of ideal think of it like this only 75 lbs to go so in the next 2 monthes or so awsome awesome awesome.
