All I can say about my legs is this ...
The last 2 years of HS and all of college I was very into weightlifting and swimming. In college my weightlifting coach was all up in my ass trying to talk me into going pro. Not because I was so dedicated and perfect ... but because I build muscle crazy-fast. As a sophomore in HS I remember I set the school record for squats (womens) when I maxed out at 450 lbs. ... and that was the first time I'd ever been in a gym.
To me, seriously, my legs look very out of shape and weak. I've lost an incredible amount of muscle since surgery.
All I've been doing is riding my bike for the last 4 months. At the local college I just started a weightlifting class and a swimming class. Generally I ride at least 10 miles per day. On MWF add to that an hour of free weights and an hour of lap swimming. I'm really hoping by Christmas I'll have some real muscle.
The reason I love my swim suit pic so much is because I really appreciate it when others here have been bold enough to really show us what they look like. You know, instead if hiding behind someone else, or in a bunch of clothes. I'm showing you my saggy skin and rolly polly rolls in all my glory!
Plus I just think it's a comical pic and I'm one of those strange birds who actually enjoys laughing at themselves!
I hope you get a kick out of my pics too
