Its my calves, they are huge always have been. They look like tree trunks. I have never been able to wear the knee high boots even at my lowest weight of 140. I am cursed.

That is horrible. I have issues with my ears. Notice you have never seen me with my hair up or short enough you can see them. I swear if I ever get plastics them babies are getting fixed too.
