Awesome work you've done there!

I checked out your current/goal numbers and wondered something. When your doc set your goal (or you did) were you skeptical you'd hit it? Because here you are now, under goal. And at a LOW BMI, healthy healthy healthy!

And that's what it's all about. Best to you and enjoy your energy and possibilities!
