Default Pics and "wow" moments
Hope everyone had a great Fourth. Ours was busy and went by quickly but was a lot of fun. I had a couple of "wow" moments over the weekend that I have to share. First, I reached one of the goals I set for myself prior to my surgery - I was finally able to get my wedding band and engagement ring back on! I am so excited to be wearing them again! Second, I was able to fit into and actually bought a shirt at the GAP! I used to hate the Gap...mostly because I could never fit into their clothes. But, I was shopping with my sis this weekend who is a Gap fanatic, so I decided to look around. I was aghast that I actually found something I liked and that fit me...wow!

Anyway, attached are a couple of pics I wanted to share. The first is a family photo at Christmas (prior to surgery at about 325 pounds) and the second one was taken on Friday as we were heading out to a baseball game and fireworks (about 90 pounds less!). I know I have a long way to go yet, but I already feel so much better. And its nice to be more comfortable in front of the camera again and to take pics with my wonderful fam!!

Wow Amy look how skinny you look in the current photo? Your face is tiny. What awesome wow moments to celebrate along with the holiday. Oh you have two cuties there as well. Congrats girl.
