I thought it would be interesting to see what this year looked like compared to last year. I pulled out last year's summer shorts and modeled them for your viewing pleasure. Since last summer, I've lost over 170 pounds (almost 175) and have lost a full 20 inches in the waist.

Talk about INDEPENDENCE DAY! I've never been more FREE!

Mike, you are a PhotoShop genius and a total inspiration!

All laughter aside, look how tiny your waist is now (20 inches down is remarkable!), and look how incongrous your present-day movie star face looks with the gigantic Very Special Effects belly in your re-enactment pic! My guess is that your 2007 face wasn't quite so slender and lady-killing, especially when paired with with your real-life ginormous belly, am I right, my brother?
