I got to meet Cari (Rivi) while on my Charlotte trip! She was super nice and looked just incredible--she's done a fantastic job rocking her tool and she is VERY confident! I could tell just by talking to her what a great teacher she is and I really enjoyed our conversation. (I also really enjoyed the free Starbuck's coffee as well. They didn't have enough decaf made, so they gave me a free coffee for having to wait for it!)

She brought her grandma along...who was just a peach and took our picture, too!

I love being able to meet the peeps from the forum, who have proved, every time, to be as nice in person as they are on here.

I'm toying with the idea of going down to see the Cruise people before they leave port in December!

I waited until Mike posted the pics...but what a great meeting!! I got to meet the famous Mike!!! and he gave me some FANTASTIC ideas for my classroom. He is so super helpful and I just so appreciated getting to talk to someone (a teacher) who thinks like me! I enjoyed our Concord Mills meeting...any others coming to NC let me know, I have family all over NC I can go visit to visit my TT family. BTW Mike looks great guys!! What an inspiration, my grandma raved over him the whole way home. I wish miss Lilly was there though, she sounds like a peach.

And let me also say--Lily IS cute--but lately, not so much in restaurants or out in public. She has developed this high pitched scream that pierces my soul and could probably break glass with prolonged exposure. It's her new restaurant talent.
