Thanks everyone for all the good comments, truth be told I was feeling like shitt yesterday and reading your posts got me to feeling better. Right now I'm having some lunch then going to the gym, I missed yesterday cause of the funk, so I'll double up on my sit-ups today! Thanks Again!...........Inky

what weight were you when you were post-op??


simply awesome job bro! You show there are no excuses. Our bodies can do alot if we push them.
