I'd like to maintain at around 195-197lbs and keep the size gains I made. I appreciate your comments. You get back what you put in right?
yes you truly do. I was 190 or so when I started bulking. I went to 203lbs(most muscle) and i've since fallen back to around 199-200. My current BF% is too high though(somewhere around 14%). I used to be single digits when I was running alot.

ideally i'd like to be around 10-11% at 194-195. You've got alot of muscle on your frame. I carry very little in comparision which is why I have to weigh 7-8lbs less than you just to carry around the same BF%.

I gotta say its great to see someone else push themselves. I was having a conversation with gina about you and we both think its fantastic. Its nice to have others pushing themselves so far, cause it shows to the masses it really is possible.

I became a runner, you became a juggernaunt. lol.

Ideally i'd really like to work on my chest(which would help the rest of my upper body and stomach). I was 445lbs so I was quite a bit bigger than you and im finding that because of my sheer previous size it has hurt my post op plastics progress(which kinda blows but, it is what it is).

badass job dude. Thanks for such a meaningful/motivational story. We need them around here.
