yes you truly do. I was 190 or so when I started bulking. I went to 203lbs(most muscle) and i've since fallen back to around 199-200. My current BF% is too high though(somewhere around 14%). I used to be single digits when I was running alot.
ideally i'd like to be around 10-11% at 194-195. You've got alot of muscle on your frame. I carry very little in comparision which is why I have to weigh 7-8lbs less than you just to carry around the same BF%.
I gotta say its great to see someone else push themselves. I was having a conversation with gina about you and we both think its fantastic. Its nice to have others pushing themselves so far, cause it shows to the masses it really is possible.
I became a runner, you became a juggernaunt. lol.
Ideally i'd really like to work on my chest(which would help the rest of my upper body and stomach). I was 445lbs so I was quite a bit bigger than you and im finding that because of my sheer previous size it has hurt my post op plastics progress(which kinda blows but, it is what it is).
