hey inky i would love to know exactly what kind of regimine you followed. im in a similar boat, sort of. i have some ink and also have a big upper body that i would love to maintain. Any pointers would be great.keep in mind that i have a bad back and untill i get back surgery anything using my back is out of the wuestion.. but i have no issues with anything using my arms, curls, benching, etc..

Thank you. I was 187lbs 3 months ago and got on a bulking diet. I got up to 209 lbs. Mostly muscle weight. Now I'm back to my regular diet and have dropped to 200 lbs. I'd like to maintain at around 195-197lbs and keep the size gains I made. I appreciate your comments. You get back what you put in right?
