Thanks D, well I have to admit that my main concern was not to have loose skin especially around my arms. I ride a motorcycle and I didn't want skin flappin in the wind. So for the first 10 months or so I was in the gym 2 times a day everyday. And any spare time I had I was either doing cardio or lifting or both. I guess i took it to an extreme, but its what I had to do. Now I go to the gym only M-W-F for two hours at atime, its about maintenence now. But I eat extremely clean and healthy food, its a total lifestyle change and I embrace it like my life depended on it, cause it does.

You look amazing! It's one thing to lose weight....but to build muscle like that....WOW!!! Serious dedication on your part. I admire you. Sounds like you have a good program in place and are working it!!! You took about 20 years off your appearance as well. Amazing transformation!!!! Your hard work has paid off in a big way!!!!! Makes me want to go to the gym....almost...

Oh my!
Is it getting warm in here?
Even though you just described you gym workout, it is still really something to see. You must have a really low body fat percentage now.
Congrats!
