Katie, you look great, I wish I would have kept taking pictures to see some of my progress but since I wasn't seen it in the mirror, I stop taking pictures but I'm going to start taking pics again, I think looking at photos really make a difference in seeing the results. You are doing a Great job!

Thanks everyone... I never thought I'd post the first two photos... and am glad I saved them now that 50 pounds have come off... (Picturing 50 pounds of ground beef)

I also took measurements pre-op and once since. I didn't want to do that either, but am glad I did... really puts things in persepctive!

If you're PRE-OP --- DO IT! I promise you'll be glad you did!!!
