Hey everyone...

Just thought I'd check in. This June will be my 3 year mark, and I just thought I'd touch base with everyone and say "hello!" from North AL.

For those of you who were curious for a before pic, I've attached one to this post. It was taken about 2 years before my surgery.

I was actually 315 before the procedure, but got down to 301 just a few weeks before the surgery. My lowest point was 168, putting me at a total loss of just under 150 lbs. I "hover" at 180 now.
