Default One Year Has Come And Gone . . .
. . . And what a year it has been.

So many things have changed apart from the weight loss that its just awesome.

Well, On May 3rd, it was my One Year Anniversary of the day I had surgery. I didn't even realize that it was till my ex-wife texted me and said it had been one year since.

Well, here are my one year pics.
Not posting any befores since I've posted them before.





Hope these images inspire some of you to just hold on and fight your way to your goals.

I went back out of curosity and found your before pic...

Why do men seem to tone up so much better..it's so not fair LOL!!
